Projects
A Chairman’s Planning Guide, or “CPG” for short, is the key planning document used for all Jaycee projects. This written form helps ensure success for committees large and small. The simple ten-step plan is a proven successful format for projects as small as a “speak-up” event presented at a local Chapter meeting, or even a million dollar fund raising project! It works! We know, because we’ve done it here in Illinois.
